Ashley Trevitz founded Pegasus Consulting in 2020 to focus on helping businesses and individuals across the public and private sectors navigate organizational change. Leveraging her in-depth experience as a global management consultant, change maker, and strategist, Ashley created Pegasus so that organizations no longer had to compromise between strategy and creativity. She is an energetic, cross functional leader with 10+ years of experience leading global, matrixed teams through organizational change and leveraging insights and data to craft compelling stories.
Before starting her own consultancy, Ashley was responsible for establishing key organizational capabilities and teams for Hilton's Corporate offices, including Customer Experience and People Analytics, and was also the driving force behind the launch of Hilton's global Team Member Value Proposition, Thrive@Hilton. Today, she customizes her service approach based on client requirements, using inclusive, empathy informed, data driven approaches to create actionable human capital and brand strategies supported by thoughtful stories and communications.
Ashley has a Master's degree in International Affairs from George Washington University, and holds executive credentials in Change Management from Georgetown University and Innovation from University of Virginia's Darden School.
